INGREDIENTS

1Nestlé MILKMAID Mini
1.5 litreNestlé a+ Toned Milk
10Badam (Almonds)
1 tspElaichi (Cardamom) Powder
2 tspSaunf (Fennel)
1 tspKhus Essence
6Peppercorns
12Rose petals

CREATE IT

STEP 1

Soak and peel 10 almonds. Grind it with elaichi and saunf to a fine paste. Mix well with all other ingredients and strain.

STEP 2

Fill half a glass with crushed ice and top it up with the above Thandai mixture.

STEP 3

Garnish with rose petals & serve.
