a. Our standard delivery is within 2 days of receipt of your order. However, we will try our best to deliver at the earliest. Please note, special orders such as gifts may take longer. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further details.

a. Refunds can be requested if the following conditions apply to at least any one of the following:
  1. Item received is physically damaged;
  2. Item received has missing parts
  3. Item received is different from their description on the product detail page; or
  4. Item received is defective/does not work properly.

Our counsellors will reach you at your preferred date and time (As you would provide in the form). You will receive an email summarizing the counsellor’s inputs.
